No ano passado, o Dream Big teve muitos artigos sobre o Natal, falando do Pai Natal, de como comprar o presente ideal, como passam a ceia de natal...
O Natal, é a minha festa do ano favorita! Não apenas pelas decorações, pelos presentes, mas pela grande reunião que esta época implica. Também dá para refletir que a família é o nosso bem mais precioso, e estou certa de que todos concordam comigo. Esta é uma boa altura para se juntarem à volta da mesa, esquecerem os maus momentos do passado, reatarem laços, perdoar erros... Há os reencontros dos familiares que estão no estrangeiro que querem recuperar o tempo perdido e criar novas memórias.
Neste Natal, zelemos pelas famílias que perderam tudo nos incêndios, para que consigam ter pelo menos o mínimo para a Ceia. E todos podemos contribuir um pouco para que isso aconteça, existem muitas campanhas sociais de apoio às vítimas.
Bem, por hoje fica esta pequena reflexão. Pensem no que escrevi, com o coração.
É editada esta sexta-feira, 08 de dezembro, uma caixa especial com toda a discografia de Luísa Sobral. Altura de fazer um balanço de umas das mais inspiradas carreiras nacionais. Para isso, há que descobrir ou redescobrir os quatro álbuns que editou e que fazem parte desta caixa: o platinado “The Cherry On My Cake” (2011), o álbum com que Luísa se estreou e que incluía os temas “Not There Yet”, “Xico”e “Clementine”.
Seguiu-se-lhe “There’s a Flower In My Bedroom” (2013), o disco de “Mom Says” e das participações de Jamie Cullum em “She Walked Down the Aisle”, de António Zambujo em “Inês” e de Mário Laginha em “The Last One”. Ao crivo do difícil segundo disco, Luísa Sobral responderia com mais qualidade e o disco conquistou o galardão de Ouro.
Em “Lu-Pu-I-Sa-Pa” (2014), o disco que editou dedicado ao público infantil, Luísa assume o português em todas as canções e faz de temas como “João” ou “O Meu Cão” verdadeiros hinos entre os mais novos.
No ano passado, “Luísa” (2016) o seu quarto álbum de estúdio provou, mais uma vez, que estamos perante uma das mais brilhantes compositoras da sua geração. Prova disso, são os temas que dele foram extraídos, como “My Man”, “Cupido” ou “Alone”.
O nome da rádio é RFM Radio Natal. E a música de Natal está toda nesta rádio.

Quando vão de viagem, mesmo que fiquem no país, já se depararam com a seguinte questão, "o que levar numa mala de viagem"? É uma situação comum, acreditem.
Antes de chegar o natal, por exemplo, muitas famílias planeiam como serão as férias e escolhem um destino para passá-las. Com isso, começam a chover perguntas do tipo, "O que vou vestir?", "Que acessórios levo?", "Será melhor levar no necessaire toda a minha maquilhagem?", e coisas do género. Bem uma coisa é certa, não irão viver no destino de férias para sempre! Logo, não precisam de levar a casa às costas!
Aqui vão algumas dicas:
- Seleciona roupa adequada ao local para onde vão;
- Quanto a maquilhagem, tentem levar o básico;
- Para quem gosta, levem uma máquina fotográfica para guardar memórias;
- Não se esqueçam de objetos de higiene pessoal: escova de dentes, gel de banho, shampô...;
- Levem calçado confortável. Estar bonita não significa estar sempre de salto alto;
- O clima pode mudar, de repente, por isso levem sempre um casaco;
- Levem pelo menos um vestido de noite, pois pode aparecer uma ocasião especial.
Bem, isto é mais ao menos o que eu faço. Claro que cada um/uma tem a sua forma de arrumar a sua mala. O meu conselho é: Não viajem com muito peso!

Agora, em palco, Benjamin Clementine dá voz e corpo a todas as dimensões que imaginou para a sua obra, em que o dramaturgo encontra o músico e compositor. Portugal será contemplado comtrês espetáculosdesta digressão em 2018:26demarço, no Centro Cultural de VianadoCastelo, 27demarço, no Centro de Artes e Espetáculos da FigueiradaFoz, e dia 29demarço, no Campo Pequeno, em Lisboa. Os bilhetes serão colocados à venda sexta-feira, 8 de dezembro, nos locais habituais.
Vencedor do Mercury Prize em 2015, Benjamin Clementineé aclamado como o talento da sua geração, representando, na contemporaneidade, a herança artística de génios como Nina Simone, Brel ou Edith Piaf. “I Tell A Fly” traz uma nova reflexão; enquanto o primeiro trabalho se debruçava sobre a intimidade e a sua experiência de vida, este novo disco projeta-se no mundo e na visão de Clementine sobre ele. O conceito nasceu com a chegada do artista aos EUA, onde os serviços de emigração lhe concederam um visto que o classificara como “alien de capacidades extraordinárias”. Após estranhar, Benjamin tomou inspiração para compor um álbum sobre temas atuais como o Brexit ou o drama dos refugiados.
Em “I Tell A Fly" Benjamin recorre à sua história pessoal como um prisma através do qual analisa o mundo ao seu redor (tentando assim dar um sentido a ambos), explorando musicalmente territórios desconhecidos enquanto mantém uma vitalidade que não pode ser confundida com o trabalho de outro sem ser ele próprio.
Tudo isto torna "I Tell A Fly" um álbum que é tanto compassivo e empático quanto revoltado, satírico e crítico. Em “God Save the Jungle” aborda a dura realidade do campo de Calais, ao mesmo tempo que brinca ironicamente com o hino do Reino Unido. Já no tema “Paris Cor Blimey” explora de forma única os acontecimentos trágicos ocorridos em França.“Phantom of Aleppoville”, “God Save the Jungle” e “Jupiter” são os singles já retirados de “I Tell A Fly”.
Neste novo álbum, o cantor expande também os seus horizontes musicais, explorando não só a sua grande admiração pelos compositores impressionistas, como Erik Satie, mas revelando também um crescente interesse na música eletrónica (particularmente a desenvolvida pelo pioneiro japonês Isao Tomita).

“Get Up” marca o regresso de David Fonseca aos temas originais depois da aventura pelo repertório de David Bowie com o disco “Bowie 70” no início deste ano.
Não que David não nos tenha já habituado a surpreender, mas há claramente algo de inesperado em “GetUp” – a assunção de sonoridades eletrónicas, o aceno à soul, a piscadela de olho a Marvin Gaye ou a luminosidade são atributos que se reconhecem na canção. E algo mais se destaca: uma invulgar capacidade interpretativa. “Get Up” permite a David Fonseca um registo vocal único na sua discografia.
