Estas serão apenas algumas dicas de cuidados que comecei a ter desde que descobri que tenho pele sensível, têm resultado comigo, porém se tiverem dicas que queiram, que não estejam aqui, não se acanhem!
Comecemos então:
Dica 1: Tenham uma rotina de pele rigorosa! Uma pele sensível requer muita atenção, dependendo do grau da sua sensibilidade. Façam limpeza e hidratação, de manhã e à noite.
Dica 2: Retirem bem a maquilhagem! Existem desmaquilhantes adequados para o nosso tipo de pele. Se nos deitarmos mal desmaquilhadas, os poros não vão respirar e vão acordar assustadoras no dia seguinte.
Dica 3: Limpem bem os vossos pincéis! Já não é novidade para ninguém que os pincéis de maquilhagem acumulam muitas bactérias e isso é um inimigo da pele sensível.
Dica 4: Tomem atenção à vossa alimentação! Vai parecer um cliché, mas aquilo que comemos é refletido na nossa cara. Se comermos demasiado sal ou açúcar, ou se abusarmos num certo tipo de alimentação, teremos de arcar com as consequências. Tudo tem a sua porção, mantenham um certo equilíbrio.
Dica 5: Durmam as horas necessárias! Nada melhor para a pele do que ter o descanso que precisa para se regenerar.
Dica 6: Procurem colocar maquilhagem adequada! Isto é opcional. Eu agora tomo atenção nos produtos que coloco no rosto de forma a disfarçar a rosácea, mas também para ficar o mais natural possível.
