O Verão já começou, e com ele vieram as temperaturas altas! Será que estás preparado para o calor, e acima de tudo, para o Verão? A MUSICPORTUGAL deixa-te 7 dicas bastante valiozas para sobreviveres ao calor. 

1 - Bebe muita água!

Olha o clichê dos clichês... beber água acaba por ser uma obrigação, não é verdade? O nosso corpo agradece! E no verão esse hábito de beber água é ainda mais importante. O corpo precisa de estar sempre hidratado para poder aguentar o calor. Mas vamos lá ver se concordas com isto... existe algo melhor do que uma água bem fresquinha no verão? Se calhar até existe.... não te esqueças de beber muita água!

2 - Procura por uma sombra ou guarda-sol!

É a melhor dica de todas. Os locais com sombra fazem-nos esqueçer das altas temperaturas e proteje-nos nas horas de maior calor. Outra opção é procurar ou comprar um guarda-sol. Além de que te ajuda a enfrentar o sol quente do verão também é um excelente acessório de moda.... procura o guarda-sol que combine contigo.

3 - Come alimentos frescos!

Sabes aqueles dias que está muito, mas muito calor e não consegues pensar no que queres comer? Pois é, foge de comidas pesadas e aposta em alimentos frescos como saladas, frutas da época, sumos e legumes.

4 - Prepara um gelado de frutas!

Hummmm! Calor e gelado são a dupla perfeita. Nesta estação apetece-nos comer por dia um, dois, cinco, dez gelados! Mas como é que fica a nossa saúde se consumirmos muito açúcar? Mal, é verdade. Existe sempre a opção de criares os teus próprios gelados. Procura na internet modos de preparação do gelado.

5 - Usa o protetor solar!

É importante usares protetor solar, todos os dias! Procura o fator mais recomendado para o teu tipo de pele.

6 - Faz um "upgrade" na ventoinha!

Nem todas as pessoas têm um ar condicionado, ou algumas pessoas até têm mas querem diminuir os custos da conta de luz. Sendo assim uma boa opção é colocares água gelada ou gelo próximos da ventoinha. Assim o ar ficará mais refrescante e ficarás mais feliz!

7 - Ouvir música!
