Os Fall Out Boy, banda de pop punk formada em 2001 na cidade de Wilmette, Illinois, lançou de surpresa nesta quinta feira (23 de agosto) um novo EP, intitulado por "Lake Effect Kid".
O EP já está disponível nas plataformas digitais, e uma das três faixas, "City In a Garden", já tem um videoclipe... vê aqui!
Nas redes sociais, a banda anunciou que este novo EP é uma homenagem à cidade de Chicago.

Com edição prevista para 21 de Setembro, “Dentro da Chuva”, o quarto álbum de originais da cantora e compositora angolana Aline Frazão, tem estreia ao vivo agendada noPorto e em Lisboa, respectivamente a9 de Novembro na Casa da Música e a 29 de Novembro, no São Luiz Teatro Municipal.
“Dentro da Chuva” foi gravado no início do ano, ao sul do mundo, no Rio de Janeiro, uma cidade de significativas influências e cumplicidades musicais. Aline Frazão é autora da maioria dos temas, assina a produção musical e, ao vivo, tal como acontece no álbum, apresenta-se a solo, num quase “voz e violão” minimalista e poético.
Do sucessor de “Insular” já se conhece o primeiro single, “Peit Ta Segura”. Cantado em crioulo de Cabo Verde, “Peit Ta Segura” foi composto por Danilo Lopes da Silva, cantor e compositor cabo-verdiano, e cumpre, segundo Aline Frazão, “um desejo antigo de cantar em crioulo. O meu avô materno é de Cabo Verde e sempre vi a música desse país como uma das minhas referências."
"Peit Ta Segura", que em português seria algo como 'O Peito Carrega', é uma canção de uma beleza essencial. Fala sobre esse jogo de forças da natureza que seguram o céu, o mar e os corações apertados deste mundo.”
O cantor e produtor Russ anunciou esta semana o lançamento do seu mais recente álbum “Zoo”, disponível globalmente a 07 de Setembro. O disco sucede ao multiplatinado "There’s Really A Wolf", lançado em maio de 2017.

Russ lançou também “The Flute Song”, primeiro single retirado deste novo disco. Produzido por Scott Storch, “The Flute Song” pode ser ouvido aqui.
A banda de Rock originária de Sheffield, Bring Me The Horizon vão lançar o seu próximo álbum de originais “Amo” no dia 11 de Janeiro de 2019. O single de avanço chama-se Mantra.
Paralelamente a esta notícia, a banda anunciou também a digressão mundial com bilhetes à venda a partir de dia 31 de Agosto. A digressão incluí dois concertos especiais no Alexandra Palace em Londres, onde a banda já tocou em 2014.
Prestes a lançar o sexto disco de originais, a banda passou os últimos meses a escrever e a gravar em Los Angeles, a produção ficou a cargo de Oli Sykes e Jordan FIsh. O resultado será um dos discos mais extasiantes e que certamente fará a ponte entre vários géneros musicais.
Oli acrescenta: “Amo is a love album that explores every aspect of that most powerful emotion. It deals with the good the bad and the ugly, and as a result we’ve created an album that’s more experimental, more varied, weird, and wonderful than anything we’ve done before.”
