"Maroon 5 (antes Kara's Flowers) é uma banda americana de pop que se originou em Los Angeles, Califórnia. O grupo foi formado em 1994 com o nome de Kara's Flowers enquanto seus membros ainda estavam no ensino médio. Com um line-up de Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael, Mickey Madden e Ryan Dusick,eles assinaram com a Reprise Records e lançaram um álbum, The Fourth World, em 1997. Depois de uma crítica morna do álbum, a banda se separou de sua gravadora, e os seus membros participaram da faculdade. "Nayvadius Cash (Atlanta, Georgia, 20 de novembro de 1984), nascido Nayvadius D. Wilburn e mais conhecido como Future, é um rapper norte-americano. Depois de lançar uma série de mixtapes bem sucedidas entre 2010 e 2011, assinou com uma gravadora e em abril de 2012 lançou seu álbum de estréia, Pluto com críticas positivas.
